A man will always tell his other buddies that a marriage is the end to his own life.
But I beg to differ!
Like my friends wedding, I believe its "a beautiful love story that starts but never ends".

I have known Melanie during my poly school days and she has always been like an older sister to our lil click of frens known as 6+1+1. She has always been the one there for all of us and holding us together by arranging birthday surprises and celebrations. This girl that I've known from the good old days has definitely grow up to be a unique and lovely lady.




6+1+1 has helped in many ways and I was emceeing with Sihui for the wedding dinner. It was a blast. My first time hosting a wedding. Nervous, but it was a great fun and enjoyment to do it. Especially for a close sister, it is even a more memorable one. The rest has also helped in many many other ways. Yodolyn, Jolene & Angie with the production, Shan & Zhili for the full moral support and finally, the "never say die fren" Tengz! The video below is one of her lil work. And she has done so so so much more!!! She was almost like the maid-of-honour.




I first thought of having to write a blog on this when all the pictures are finally out, but I seriously can't wait that long. Just watched the ugly truth and the feeling of love fills my heart. And not forgetting the recent event of Jomel! I am really thankful for such wonderful sisters and hope that sisters we will always be forever.

Yes I know I am pretty random, but its never too much to tell how much you appreciate and love a person. So tell someone that you appreciate them today and how much you love them. Dun Procrastinate!

Superband Revival - 1 Sep 08

The day has come!!!
It has been something that both of us has awaited!
Janet and I have put much effort into training up ourselves in hoping to put up a good show!

We were exceptionally thrilled by the comments of the judges.
We've been on superband twice and over the past two episodes, we were critised quite negetively.
It was a very stressful period and I almost brokedown.
This is because I've only started learning singing last year Oct and this is my very first competition.
And the level of this competition is HUGE!
Having to know about our mistakes, we've tried working on them inorder to perform better as a team.
Like what one of my mentor has said, "有不足的地方，就要去加强!"
And indeed, we've manage to pull it off and the show was great!
The affirmation by the judges was all that I needed.
Even though I still have my weaknesses to work on.
Breathing and control and be on pitch!
I'll definitely work on it and move on in my passion!



Once again, a very big thank you to one and all who have supported us!
This is especially so for my loving family in Johor, Malaysia!

A Surprise Evening!

It was a happening sunday night as I brought my best buddy for a special night of celebration for the completion of his internship, getting a contract with his company even before he graduate, and for the day I've got to know this really nice guy.



It started off with a cable car dinner. The dinner serves a 3 course meal with starters, main and desserts. The food was not exactly good, but it was not too bad. Once we went onto the cable car, there was a table already set within it. It has got a soup and salad. subesequently every round, we'll be serve with our next course. The scene from the high above was amazing. Even though we got there a lil late, we still manage to catch a lil of the sunset. It was pretty amazing. Having to dine at such height with the breathtaking view of the surroundings, it was definitely a memorable experience for my buddy. This is gonna be a memorable gift!



After which we went to catch a movie at vivo city. Money No Enough 2. I must say, Jack Neo's film is definitely getting better. There are less slap in your face hardsell advertisement and story plot is getting more substantial. I couldn't help but to miss my parents who are in JB. Especially my one and only special mom!

Subsequently it was a night of fun catching up with our other friends at St James! Party all the way! WooHoo~~~!!!

Keppel Country Club

A gym mate of mine asked me out to a country club at telok blangah area to tann, swim and gym. It was one of the best experience I ever had. It almost felt like having a resort holiday.

The pool is actually located by the side of the sea. So While swimming in the pool, you have a nice sea view. And in the first picture, if you can locate the hut far behind, its actually a jacuzzi facing the sea. How kinky? lol......





The gym is located on the second level. While working your ass out, you have a beautiful scenery to enjoy at! How wonderful? Usually my gym mates and I will gym at california gym orchard. But its just more people, buildings, cars and etc. How often do you get a gym that has a beautiful view of the sea? We were enjoying working out while the sun sets.......



The amenities in the toilet are very well equipped. Hairwax, comb, body lotion and so much more. Was really impressed. Apparently the club fee is $75 per month and I thought is pretty worth the value. Really wanted to join. But the problem would be the hassle of getting there. Without a car, it would be pretty trouble some. No bus can get there. Even if there is, you'll have to alight along the main road and walk about 10-15mins to get to the club. Oh well~ But it was definitely a resort like hoilday experience for a nice warm sunny friday afternoon!

Back to JB

On this day, I went back to JB to visit my family. Had a great relaxing trip. Been so long since I last had home cook food. And I had triple portion of my usual dinner in take... :P Gosh!

On the ledt is my grandpa. My grandma? Guess she is being blocked~ :P

Anyway, For breakfast grand parents insisted that I go to a particular eating place. It is known for the BBQ sotong and steam fish. Indeed, it was really fresh and tasty~!!!


A gorgeous moth that I found outside my place. Which side is upwards? Any idea??? Find this pretty insteresting.

Oh ya, for those who don't know, I stay in Singapore alone. I rent a room here and my family is back in JB. Yes, am PR and I'm malaysian. :) The coffeshop is located at one of the old walk up apartment. It is really vintage and the whole ploace looks very kampong like.

I love going back JB. Life seems so much more easy going and carefree. Though the robbery cases are pretty high, but i think if one is street smart, they should be safe. If you guys have a chance, do visit my home town. great cheap food and shopping awaits!!!
